This machine is designed to rubber base for running track and artificial grass system.

 

Higher end / Professional sports fields will require much higher anti-shock performance. If only infills rubber and and, it also can't meet the requirement. We can use the machine to pave 5mm~12mm rubber base, the base will help to reduce shock when players enjoy the sports.

Structure & Function :

*  Generator:  The generator can supply power to paver machine.

1.  Framework:  with a firm and stable weled H-type structure, and a rust-proof painted layer, it may accommodate any poor conditions.

2.  Front scratch board:  weled joint structure, the ground clearance is manually adjusted throught a screw which controls the floor layer thickness. The width can be adjusted througth a limiting board.

3.  Driving device:  the main driving system is a motor-driven catepillar chain, with the speed smoothly controlled by a frequency converter which is featured as stably and precisely moving ahead or back in arch motion. It may be equipped with different caterpillar belt from different bottoms.

4.  Walking mechanism:  the paving machine may be manually moved or relocated through a walking mechanism consisting of a hydraulic cylinder and lift.

5.  Screed:  the screed has four functions ( adjustment height, angle, temperature and vibration ).  The plastic cement material is vibrated, compacted and paved while passing through the screed.
